What is Drawing and Talking and Sand Play?

Drawing and Talking and Sand Play are both therapeutic techniques designed to offer a gentle approach to personal healing and emotional expression, catering to individuals of all ages.

The methods are grounded in the understanding that verbal communication, especially in a therapy setting, can sometimes feel daunting. Some individuals find it hard to express their feelings and experiences.

Young people, in particular, can benefit immensely from Drawing and Talking and Sand Play, as it aligns with their natural inclination towards drawing and imaginative play as a form of communication before they fully develop their verbal skills.

The therapeutic support I provide champions a safe, compassionate way of working to help process any form of emotional distress.

As a Practitioner, I serve as a supportive guide offering a pressure-free environment where the pace and direction of each session is largely dictated by the participant.
