The Emotional Wellbeing of Young People
Children/teenagers are navigating a world significantly different from previous generations. They face the usual challenges of growing up (and many more) without the ability to disconnect and relax, which can adversely affect their emotional wellbeing.
Here are some of the ways this can show up in their behaviour. This will differ based on their age and stage of development.
For some young people these behaviours are manageable and temporary, however, if you feel your child/teenager would benefit from some additional support, please get in touch.
